IMPORTANT: A 100% deposit is required to begin printing. We accept Credit Card, Zelle, Paypal and ACH for amounts over $1,000. ACH may take 1-3 days to clear. Make checks payable to 'DRIFTWOOD CO'. NOTE: The job turnaround timeline starts when we have blanks and art ready for production. Printing is imperfect and can result in mis-prints. Please consider printing 1-3 units extra if your job is for the exact number of units needed. Print or embroidery shown on mockups may not be exact proportions, Please be sure that desired size of print has been specified.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may either return your order for a full refund or exchange it. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition in which they were received. Some customized products may not be eligible for refund. Please contact us to request your refund.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped Monday – Friday. Will Call is available Monday - Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000.
